This week we tested the VRTK toolkit. VRTK is a collection of useful prefabricated scripts  for locomotion, selection and interaction with the virtual space. This toolkit is free and easy to use with Unity.
Irene tested all different types of interaction. A total of 44 types of interaction were tested. We tested this, to get a better idea of how it feels to be in VR and what are the possibilities for navigation, selection and interface. And also to get a idea of what interactions comes more naturally and what the input options are.
Irene also experienced some motion sickness during testing. This because of the way of locomotion and also because she was in VR too long and did not take a break. Despite researching exactly this subjects on forehand.
